This Flower Farm Wedding Had a Pinata Instead of a Cake and We Love it!
April 17, 2017
This couple, Amelia and Jon, were made for each other. Amelia is a designer and Jon is a builder–so when it came to their wedding, Amelia envisioned a boho affair with whimsical details and Jon built each one of her dreams into reality. Is there anything more romantic than that? We don’t think so!
And when creativity comes naturally to a couple, their wedding is filled with a special magic that only belongs to them. From the dream catchers to the corn hole set to the old doors decorating the ceremony site, this wedding was DIY’d and personalized by the bride and groom. One of our favorite details? In lieu of a traditional wedding cake, the couple handmade a cake pinata and filled it with candy for dessert (can’t wait to see it in all it’s papery glory? Scroll to the bottom of the post)! Talk about beyond cute!
