Grab & Go Veggie Hummus Cups

Makes 1 serving

Grab and Go Veggie Hummus Cups are a great snack because they’re easy, healthy and delicious! They are perfect back-to-school snacks, mid-day work snacks or afterschool snacks!

Ingredients:

8 thinly sliced carrot sticks

8 thin slices of sweet bell pepper

8 thin slices of celery

2 tablespoons hummus

*You will need an 8-ounce or 12-ounce mason jar with lid

Directions:

Place hummus in the bottom of an 8-ounce or 12-ounce mason jar. Wash and slice veggies to the equivalent height of the mason jar. Place veggies in the jar vertically with one end of each veggie dipped in hummus. Place lid on jar and place in the fridge until ready to grab and enjoy!
