If you’re trying to eat healthy this summer, yet camping is just not the same without s’mores… I have the perfect recipe for you! Introducing Banana S’mores! I honestly think that these s’mores taste even better than traditional s’mores made with marshmallows. They are just sweet enough without giving you a sugar rush or feeling sick to your stomach. Your camping friends will seriously impressed with this recipe too!


INGREDIENTS (Makes One Serving)

1 organic graham cracker

1 square dark chocolate

1 piece of banana (large marshmallow size)


1. Slice banana into marshmallow size pieces

2. Place on a skewer and roast over the campfire until toasty and warm. It’s okay if your banana’s do not turn out golden brown! As long as they are hot and toasty, they will work for the recipe

3. Break graham cracker into two equal squares and add a piece of chocolate onto one square. The top with roasted banana and add the second graham cracker on top. Press down until chocolate begins to melt. Enjoy!
