GLOW Smoothie Challenge: Week 3 Recipe

I hope you all are enjoying the Glow Smoothie Challenge and starting to feel the benefits from all of the amazing ingredients! I know I am. Feeling better than ever! I really loved the Peach smoothie and feel great off of the You Glow Girl smoothie but now it is time to introduce another yummy smoothie.
Introducing the Pretty in Pink.
This smoothie is packed full of goodness including strawberries, raspberries, greens and of course lemon and banana.
Pretty in Pink
Makes One,16-ounce smoothie
1⁄2 cup frozen raspberries
1⁄2 cup frozen strawberries
2 cups of greens (romaine, arugula, kale and / or spinach)
1⁄2 lemon, juiced
1 cup water or coconut water 1 serving plant-based protein powder *see recommendations in packet below
1⁄2 cup ice
Combine all ingredients in a high- speed blender and blend on high for 20-30 seconds. Enjoy!
