After the BBQ, chips and soda drinks I consumed over the holiday weekend, I think I can speak for most of us when I say that I need a cleansing of my body and mind. It’s summertime now and with that comes the higher chance of getting into a bikini, prancing around the beach or pool and I certainly want to feel and look my best. Don’t we all?!?

It also doesn’t hurt that Chris and I have 6 weddings to attend, including preparation for our own! I want to be a glowing bride on my wedding day and to do so, I know it first starts with a clean and nutritious diet. If you are a soon-to-be bride then you definitely want to keep reading.

So you are aupposed to drink the peach one every day for the first week, then the glow girl smoothie every day during the second week, etc? Or, can you switch it up? Thank you!:)

    • desireehartsock

You can switch it up if you like throughout the 4 weeks or stick with one per week. It’s up to you and which smoothies you prefer. 😉 Enjoy!

Hi! I’m going to give this a try… i have a question and can’t seem to find the answer… what’s this.. 1 serving plant-based protein powder *see recommendations?? Thanks so much!

    • desireehartsock

I noticed it says to stay away from dairy for a month. I only drink almond milk anyways and rarely have cheese. But, I would have a greek yogurt almost everyday and sometimes cottage cheese. I don’t mind giving these up but, want to know if greek yogurt and cottage cheese would be something that should mostly be avoided when this challenge is over? Is there a reason it’s not that healthy? I always wondered this but, there are too many confusing articles out there! Please let me know your thoughts. Thank you!

    • desireehartsock

Hi Jaclyn! Megan from Healthy Grocery girl will be able to answer your question in depth and can be reached at All the best!

Thank you so much for the reply! I will send her my question. I appreciate the help!! 🙂
