WOW Your Guests with my Simple and Easy DIY Fall Decor

Thank you to Pure Leaf for this sponsored post. While the post may be sponsored, the thoughts and opinions are my own

There’s nothing quite like the changing of a season that brings about a refreshing new sense of self and of style. With the turn of the leaves, my heart flutters and my urge to decorate becomes uncontrollable. Thankfully Chris’s desire to entertain paired with my longing to become one with the season makes for some really wonderful gatherings with our friends and family!

We love to host dinner parties, double dates, and family affairs but with a busy work schedule and mom duty it’s almost impossible to plan too far ahead without getting overwhelmed. Since I like to stay stress-free but love to have my home put together,  I’ve figured out the easiest ways to change up my table and decor without having to scroll Pinterest for hours or become Martha Stewart. I’m going to let you in on my secret to effortless DIY decorating and what to always have in your home.

Here you go:

Pure Leaf Home Brewed Teas: Never have friends or family over without having tea to offer! With the cold weather bearing it’s ugly head, a wonderful warm mug of Pure Leaf Black Tea with Vanilla flavor or Chai Tea is the PERFECT treat to warm the body and soul. Not to mention it’s a great party favor for guests to also take home with them and has become a Siegfried staple in our home.

Seasonal Decor -found at the supermarket: There’s nothing I love more than convenience and affordability. With each season, head to the supermarket and get the vegatables, fruits, or flowers that correspond with the new season you’re decorating for. For example, I went with pumpkins for my Fall table scheme but for summer I might go with oranges and lemons as a centerpiece, for Spring I would do seasonal flowers and for Winter I will set up Poinsettias.  The fact that I can just go to my local supermarket to change up my table decor saves me time, energy and money!

Table Runner or Table Cloth: Use what you already have or head to your local fabric store for a quick and easy change to your entire dining area. For my fall table I went with a natural burlap fabric to cater to the warm Autumn tones of the pumpkins and wall art. You can usually find the perfect fabric for a great price without having to search for hours for the right table cloth or runner at a specialty store.

DIY Floating Leaf Wall Art: I now have one of these for every season because they are the best interchangeable pieces of art I’ve come across – not to mention they’re easy to make! Check out the DIY tutorial in my FLOATING WALL ART post to make your very own.

To get into the fall entertaining spirit try out Pure Leaf Home Brewed teas and I guarantee you’ll never have another gathering without them! There are a variety of flavors that can be found over at  Let me know which flavor is your favorite or how you’re entertaining this Fall in the comments below or tag me on IG at @DesireeSiegfried.
