We were already in love with this ethereal wedding but then we read about this couple’s special touch. These lovebirds decided to do things their way and both went to a secluded park before the ceremony. There, they met for the first time on their wedding day and, staring into each other’s eyes, with no one else around, read their vows. Is there anything more sweeter than that? We don’t think so! We love how it let them treasure the moment and really appreciate each other’s words, without having to worry about everyone watching.
If you’re worried about saying your vows in front of a big crowd, consider doing this as well! It lets you calm your nerves and savor this important, sacred aspect of the wedding. Then, like this couple, you can still read them again later, during the official ceremony. You might also want to take inspiration from this bride and get two beautiful journals to write your vows in–this way, you have instant heirlooms!
