3/4 cup coconut yogurt
1/2 cup granola
1/4 cup blueberries
1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds
2 tablespoons Manitoba Harvest hemp hearts
Layer ingredients in a bowl or mason jar, from the bottom up: yogurt, granola, blueberries, hemp hearts, yogurt, granola, blueberries, pumpkin seeds, hemp hearts!
