Happy Super Bowl weekend!
It would not be the Super Bowl without some delicious snacks and if you’re health conscious, I have the perfect go to recipes! My healthier homemade guacamole and tortilla chips are so delicious, no one will even know that they are a healthier version! Both of these recipes are straight out of the Healthy Grocery Girl® Nutrition Plan, Your Guide To Shop, Cook & Eat Plant-Based!
Easy Homemade Guacamole

Ingredients:
3 large ripe avocados
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice Pinch of sea salt
Directions:
Slice avocados in half and remove the pit. Scoop out avocado with a spoon and place into a medium size bowl. Add lime juice and sea salt into the bowl and mash all of the ingredients together with a fork. Enjoy with store-bought Organic chips or Healthy Grocery Girl’s Homemade Tortilla Chips!
Homemade Tortilla Chips

1 tablespoon of Organic unrefined coconut oil A pinch of sea salt
Healthy Grocery Girl Recipes
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 500 degrees Fahrenheit. Slice tortillas in half, and then in half again to make triangles. Place on a baking sheet and drizzle with coconut oil. Make sure the tortillas are evenly combined with oil. Sprinkle with sea salt and place in the oven to bake for 3 to 5 minutes. Chips can burn easily so keep an eye on them. Let chips cool for 3 minutes before enjoying. This recipe goes great with Healthy Grocery Girl’s Easy Homemade Guacamole!
