Makes two servings
Chips and guacamole is one of my absolute favorite snacks! Avocado contains healthy fats, fiber and even a little protein!
1 medium avocado
1/2 lime, juiced
A pinch of garlic powder
A pinch of sea salt
Slice avocado in half, lengthwise. Scoop out avocado flesh with a spoon and add to a medium bowl, discarding the pit. Add lime-juice, garlic powder and sea salt and mix together with a fork. Enjoy with chips, fresh veggies or add a dollop on salad!
