If you have been following along on our GLOW Smoothie Challenge then you are onto the home stretch! It is the final week of the challenge but feel free to continue with these smoothies for an added glow and pep in your step for as long as you would like. Now on to ‘Something Blue’.

I am a huge fan of dark berries, such as blueberries and blackberries, and why I love this smoothie so much! Hope you love it too

 Something Blue

Makes One,16-ounce smoothie


1?2 cup frozen blueberries

1?2 cup frozen blackberries

2 cups of greens (romaine, arugula, kale and / or spinach)

1?2 lemon, juiced

1 banana

1 cup water or coconut water

1 serving plant-based protein powder *see recommendations

1?2 cup ice


Combine all ingredients in a high- speed blender and blend on high for 20-30 seconds. Enjoy!
