{7 Days of Swimwear} Day 6: Active

We are quickly coming to the end of {7 Days of Swimwear} but I hope you have enjoyed all of the many styles of swimwear to choose from. If you have missed any of the previous days you will want to check out Beach Swimwear, Solids, Floral Swimwear, Black swimwear and One-pieces.

If you enjoy riding the waves at the beach or swimming laps in a pool then you know that a bandeau bikini top or triangle top just isn’t going to do the job. Those tops and bottoms for that matter will most likely fall off the moment you jump in. For that there are great styles that offer the support, coverage, and elastic needed to stay on while being active. Below are some of my favorite styles that I would wear while playing beach volleyball or riding bikes along the boardwalk.

Solids are always a great choice no matter the occasion, sport or activity. These three styles show a variety of ways that will work and stay put in any situation without loosing the appeal. 1.) Mary Grace Swim Reversible top, 2.) Adidas by Stella McCartney bikini in coral, 3.) SKYE & Staghorn two piece suit

Black and white is a classic combination that will never go out of style. Try one of these three black and white styles for a classic look that you will be able to wear for more than one season. 1.) Victoria’s Secret Crop Rashguard top, 2.) SKYE & Staghorn Stella Suit, 3.) Victoria’s Secret Bralette bikini

For a softer look for your active swim try lighter colors or a fun pattern. These styles are great to go from a beach day to an activity that will requite more coverage. 1.) Victoria’s Secret Zip Crop top, 2.) Basta Surf One-piece suit, 3.) ‘Moon Bounce’ Reversible bikini top
